Licensed Therapist. Trauma-Informed Coach. Pattern Breaker.
Lisa M. Bellamy is a clinically trained therapist and trauma-informed coach with a mission: to help high-functioning women stop over-functioning—and start reclaiming the version of themselves that got buried under perfection, performance, and pain.
With over 20 years of experience in mental health and a life story marked by early childhood trauma, loss, not knowing where she belonged or who she was allowed to be, and survival-mode living, Lisa knows what it means to perform strength while secretly unraveling.
She created The AWARE Method™—a 5-part trauma-responsive framework—to help women over 35 unlearn the inherited beliefs that keep them quiet, depleted, and stuck. Her approach blends nervous system healing, subconscious rewiring, and strategic self-leadership to support deep, lasting transformation.
Lisa is not here to teach women how to do more.
She’s here to help them finally feel safe enough to be more—without guilt, without apology, and without performing for their worth.
When she’s not coaching, you can find Lisa kayaking, lifting weights, speaking truth on her podcast Lean Out to Lean In®, or soaking up joy with her granddaughter, sneaking in date nights with her husband of 33 years, and loving her family fiercely through every chapter of their story.
