Effective Date: August 18, 2025
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, subscribers, and purchasers of any products, services, memberships, or events offered by Lisa M. Bellamy, lisambellamy.com, and affiliated programs. This includes The AWARE Method, The Good Girl Disrupt, Bold Action Challenge, the Lean Out to Lean In podcast, as well as all coaching sessions, trauma-informed workshops, live or recorded trainings, memberships, and digital offerings. By accessing or purchasing from lisambellamy.com or any associated platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
All purchases are for individual use only. Materials provided within programs may not be shared, resold, distributed, repurposed, recorded, or broadcast without prior written consent. Unauthorized use or sharing of program content may result in account termination without refund and potential legal action. Access to content is non-transferable and intended solely for the original purchaser.
Programs and services may be offered on a one-time, monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. By enrolling in a subscription service, you authorize recurring billing to your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least seventy-two hours before the next billing date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected] and are considered processed only once confirmed. Once a payment is processed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Active membership provides access to course materials, replays, private groups, and digital resources as outlined in each program. Once a subscription ends or a payment fails, access will be revoked. We reserve the right to modify or remove community features or bonus content without notice.

All program materials, including videos, written documents, coaching frameworks, and resources, are the intellectual property of Lisa M. Bellamy or approved partners. These may not be reproduced or used beyond personal educational purposes.
Participants agree to engage respectfully in all programs, communities, and events. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
While real client experiences may be shared, no specific results, income, or transformation are guaranteed. Individual results will vary depending on personal circumstances, consistency, and implementation of material.
In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt resolution by contacting [email protected]. If the matter cannot be resolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and handled through binding arbitration.
